A small, hard-working consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Established in 2010, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to developing specifications. Whether developing office standards, project specific, renovation, or new construction projects, we offer our clients full support through the design and construction document process.

Robin developed a passion for writing specifications early in her professional career.  She spent the first twenty years developing specifications for federally funded renovation projects.   Over the next fifteen years she developed architectural specifications and project manuals for private and publicly funded projects throughout the Southeast region with a combined construction cost over $150 million.

Robin oversees specification development and consultant coordination as well as product research and business development.

Delano is a detailed orientated professional with many years of experience in all phases of architectural design, construction administration, and project management.  His responsibilities include review of the design development and construction documents for building elements, details, materials, and products from which specifications are developed. Delano’s experience and commitment delivers specifications that incorporate products and materials that reflect the architectural design intent. This collaborative effort between design and specifications is key to building our repeat client base.

 

All specification packages undergo a final review and coordination with each member of the design team prior to release to our client.
